After polishing we then color case harden the old way with charcoal and bone meal to get the correct colors and hardness of the originals. They are then tuned for trigger pull and sparking. All components are hand fitted to the stock and hand sanded so that no detail is lost. We use an oil based finish that is hand rubbed in. All metal components come with a high polished finish. Our barrels are made of the finest gun barrel steel available, and each rifles barrel is then lapped to obtain the most perfect bore available. Our barrels also come with a high polished finish or they can be ordered with a rust brown finish. Our hand assembled rifles are the finest and most exacting hand fitted military rifles in the world.
