Early Spanish Carbine (687)
These parts are from one of the pre-1752 carbines, the furniture resembles the musket mountings in reduced size. Lock is the same size as the 1752 carbine. This gun was originally mounted in iron which makes it a very early piece. We believe that this is an early version of the 1752 or an officers private made gun. The barrel is a 32" octagon to round in .62 caliber.
