1816-22 French Gendarmerie Pistol (771)
This is the 1816 version of the Year 9 Gendarmerie Pistol. This uses a rounded front band and has more curve in the grip. It is a nice belt or pocket size pistol. It has a 5" octagon to round barrel in .62 caliber. This pistol is the same size as the Year 9 Series (816). The lock plate measures 4" x 7/8". The throw of the cock is 1 3/16".
