English Doglock Pistol (627)
A beautiful English Doglock pistol by Watson. The barrel is 13 3/4" octagon to round, in .54 caliber. This piece is from the 1640’s period, a very high quality pistol. The original pistol had a black ebony type finish that was absolutely beautiful. It is a very slender and lightweight pistol. The lock plate measures 5.1" x .95". The throw on the cock is 1.45.
