Cookson Doglock (553)
This is a very high quality 1680’s to the early 1700’s doglock fowler from the Late W. Bankard Collection. The lock has a later styling with the vertical sear. The stock is also of the later style which is the beginning of the classical English Long Fowler. The barrel is a 46" octagonal to round, in .77 caliber (10 gauge).
