1842 Austrian Musket (887)
After converting many of the 1798, 1807 and 1828 muskets to the new Augustin Percussion system. The Austrians started producing the new model 1842 with a new Augustin lock. These are produced in brass or steel hardware. The new bands now have a wide flat on the bottom side.
